WE OFFER

Architectural Planning

We explore ideas and we deliver strongly formed buildings that respond directly to client needs and the project's particular surroundings. The arrangement of the axes of buildings and their parts is a device for controlling the effects of sun, wind, and rainfall.

Over a few years, our practice has gained an in-depth working knowledge of many building types and how to deliver them. Planning may control the environment by the design of architectural forms that may modify the effects of natural forces. For example, overhanging eaves, moldings, projections, courts, and porches give shade and protection from rain. Roofs are designed to shed snow and to drain or preserve water.

Interior Designing

At SJH Associates, we understand that when you built your home, you are investing emotionally as well as financially. We drawer on our collective skills and give attention to material craft and details, which finds its best experience in the house we design.

You can decorate the walls, ceilings, and everything you see at eye level. Interior designing essentially involves a broad spectrum of skills: from understanding textiles and their workability in a blueprint to making sure that a design adheres to the rules and laws of the locality, an interior designer is expected to know everything that is inside and outside any concrete structure.

WE OFFER

Estimation

As a general rule of thumb, we suggest allocating about 10% of the home's OR property value for interior and architectural design expenses. This will give you a design with some "Mid-Range" products.

If you're looking for "Designer" level finishes, we recommend budgeting about 25% of the home's overall value.

MEP - Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing

The Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in a building or industrial projects/complexes are very important. Because, it is critical in planning, documentation, cost estimation and construction. The MEP contractors can save time and effort by viewing piping and ductwork in 3D from any angle and making changes at an early stage.

MEP Engineering is the art of planning, designing and managing the MEP systems of a building. MEP engineering can be called the nervous system of the building.
